Terms and Conditions of use (home shopping online)

The information gathered by our company : The consumer rights law prohibits any use of the information transmitted by the consumer without his consent (consumer protection code, article L121-20-5). Consequently, all the information transmitted will not be used for commercial purposes and will not be given to a third party for commercial purposes. If you communicate us your phone number, we will use it only in case of problem with your order.

Prices on our website : The prices on our website are all taxes included. Postage, unless otherwise indicated, are in addition.

We are doing our best to keep the prices on our website right and up to date. Special offers are valid as long as they are on the website. That being said, some computers stock the web pages and in this case, the pages are not updated anymore. Please click on the update button before ordering. In case of dispute over the price, we will try, as far as possible, to take charge of the difference of price, but you will always have the possibility to cancel you order anyway.

Cancellation period : The consumer has the right to cancel his order during 7 days as from the delivery. You will be fully paid back if the product is not suitable for you. But only a product returned as new with the package can be paid back. Moreover, you will pay the shipping charges. In case of deterioration, we will evaluate the price in relation to the condition of the returned product and his package.

Contract execution period : according to law, the period of execution of the sale is 30 days. This obligation is a problem in particular with products coming from abroad. At the moment, we have important problems with Bachmann (delivery times unreported, from 15 days to 6 months!), Evergreen (3 months for some references) and Mashima (6 weeks). Consequently, if you really need a product, please ask about delivery times and a reservation of the products needed (we keep them 1 week). In any case, if we can not deliver your order in time (delivery times of 6 months sometimes), we will give you a refund of your order (or we will keep the money for a later order), according to your instructions.

Warranty : We follow manufacturers' warranty (of 1 year in general). Any warranty of less than 1 year will be indicated. Warranty delays and conditions against latent defects and conformity defects are settled by the civil code and the consumer code.

Sales outside France and credit card payment : Currently, there are credit card frauds. Consequently, we reserve the right to deliver products only when the order is paid. The addressee of the goods becomes owner of those goods only after paying the bill in full (including postage and other costs). In case that the use of a credit card is contested, it is the addressee duty to send back the products, but we could still consider that a police investigation is necessary.

Exports outside Europe : credit card denied, transfer payment when you place your order. No parcel posted before payment. Competent court : outside jurisdictional competences settled by the French law, the rule CE N° 44/2001 and the Rome Convention, the Strasbourg court is the competent court.

VAT Deduction : Please note that we do not apply VAT deduction for any order under 100€ (without taxes) because a customs declaration must be done.
